Facilities at Villa Iva-Dom

The villa offers a free outdoor swimming pool with a shallow end and pool bar, a garden, terrace, barbecue and outdoor dining area with an outdoor fireplace and furniture, free private parking with no reservation needed, and free WiFi in all areas. All units are non-smoking, family rooms are available, and pets are welcome on request with charges possibly applying.

Every unit has air conditioning, heating, a private bathroom with shower, free toiletries, towels, hairdryer and toilet paper, linens, a wardrobe, extra long beds, a mosquito net, an iron, a drying rack and a socket near the bed. Floors are hardwood or tile, and units are kept spotless.

Inside, guests find a flat-screen TV with satellite and cable channels, a desk and seating area, a refrigerator, a coffee machine and an electric kettle. The apartments and the studio have a private kitchen with a stovetop, kitchenware, cleaning products and a dining table, while selected apartments add an oven or a microwave.

Services include an airport shuttle and shuttle service as well as grocery deliveries for an additional charge, a wake-up service, and wine or champagne on request for an extra charge. Staff speak Croatian and English, and the pool is seasonal.
